Couples often worry that the summer heat will spoil their outdoor wedding. Although hot, June through August can be the perfect time for an outdoor wedding. So, count on sunshine, but be sure to have a backup plan in case of rain, e.g., provide a tent or indoor site for the ceremony and celebration. Then, no matter what the weather, accept it, relax and enjoy your special event.
We were pleased to officiate at and enjoy Caroline’s and Jonathan’s beautiful, mindful wedding ceremony in July 2018 on the waterfront at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. There was no way that the heat (or rain, for that matter) could have diminished this couple’s and their guests’ joy.
